1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Jufist, located at 51/2 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, ward Xuan Huong - Da Lat, Lam Dong province, Vietnam ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

7. User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and branding are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

10. No gambling or winnings guarantee

The Service provides routine and mindset coaching tools only.

It does not provide gambling services, does not facilitate betting, and does not guarantee winnings or outcomes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time.

We will provide notice of material changes by posting an updated effective date or other reasonable means.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
