Request account/data deletion: email oliver@jufist.com with subject "Delete my data" and include the account email.
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless we must retain data for legal reasons.
Retention targets: auth/security logs 12 months; support communications 24 months; GA4 event data 14 months.
